Ingredients

1 cup hibiscus tea (brewed and cooled)

1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional)

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Hibiscus Tea: Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator for a faster option.

Create Raspberry Mix: In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds for a smoother texture.

Froth the Milk: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, but do not bring it to a boil. Once warm, use a frother or whisk to froth the milk until nice and creamy. If you prefer an iced version, skip this step.

Combine: In a glass, layer the raspberry mixture first. Then, gently pour in the hibiscus tea. If making a hot latte, follow with the frothed milk. For an iced version, add ice cubes before pouring the milk.

Add Vanilla: Drizzle in the vanilla extract and give the drink a gentle stir to combine the flavors.

Garnish: Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with a few whole raspberries and mint leaves for a pop of color.
