Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, corn, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.

In a separate bowl, season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika.

In a baking dish, spread an even layer of the cheesy broccoli and corn mixture. Place the salmon fillets on top, then spoon the sautéed shrimp over the salmon.

Pour the milk evenly over the entire dish, then top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
