Ingredients

4 cups frozen sweet corn (or fresh if available)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a slow cooker, add the frozen corn as the base layer.

Distribute the cubed butter evenly on top of the corn.

Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream over the butter and corn.

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir gently to combine slightly.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours until the corn is heated through, and the cheeses are melted.

Once done, stir well to incorporate all ingredients until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Finally, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then spoon into a serving dish.
