1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

      Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

        In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

          Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

            Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

              Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between them to spread.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.

                  Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
