Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the diced mangos.
Incorporate the finely chopped habanero peppers into the bowl. Be cautious while handling habaneros and wash your hands immediately after.
Add the diced red onion and fresh cilantro into the mixture.
Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients and add the minced garlic.
Season the salsa with salt to taste.
Gently mix all ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the mangos.
For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
