Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (whole or 2%)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream, for topping

Fresh strawberries, for garnish

Crushed graham crackers or crunchy cereal, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Start by placing the hulled strawberries into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds or until they are mostly smooth.

Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. If the milkshake is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness if necessary by blending in a bit more honey or maple syrup.

Once it’s well blended, pour the strawberry milkshake into tall glasses.

Top each glass generously with whipped cream.

Garnish with fresh strawberries on top and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or crunchy cereal if desired.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 2-3 glasses
