Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped

1 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1-2 teaspoons chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, combine the finely chopped pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion.

    Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the saucepan, stirring well to blend the flavors.

      Pour in the honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

        Cook over medium heat, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.

          Season with salt to taste; adjust sweetness and spice levels by adding more honey or chili flakes if desired.

            Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.

              Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
