Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 bag of bite-sized tortilla chips

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

    Stir in the taco seasoning and add a splash of water if needed. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and well blended.

        Add the cooked taco meat to the cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

          On a serving platter, arrange the bite-sized tortilla chips. Spoon a generous portion of the taco ranch mixture onto each chip.
