Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 medium lobster tail, cooked and chopped

1 cup lump crab meat

1 cup fresh salmon fillet, skinless and diced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.

Prepare the Seafood: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the Salmon: Add the diced salmon to the skillet and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. Move the salmon to the side of the skillet.

Combine the Lobster and Crab: Add the chopped lobster and lump crab meat to the skillet, mixing them gently with the salmon. Pour in 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring carefully.

Create the Alfredo Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir often for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.

Add Cheese and Pasta: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

Combine Everything: Add in the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it evenly with the sauce and seafood mixture. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if needed.

Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.

Plating: Serve the Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo immediately, garnished with additional parsley and a sprinkle of lemon zest for brightness.
