Instructions
In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie base into a bowl.
Arrange the toppings on top of the smoothie base. Start by adding a circle of sliced kiwi around the edges, then a sprinkle of shredded coconut, a handful of granola, and fresh berries.
Garnish with a few mint leaves for an extra fresh touch.
Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the tropical flavors!
