Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb ribeye steak, about 1 inch thick

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper, diced (any color)

1 medium onion, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Season the Protein: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt. Rub the remaining Cajun seasoning on the ribeye steak on both sides.

Prep the Ingredients: Chop the garlic, bell pepper, onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes while allowing the steak to bring to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic, diced onion, and bell pepper. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and corn, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the Shrimp: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet, and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque, stirring everything together halfway through. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the dish and combine.

Final Touches: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Slice the ribeye steak against the grain and serve alongside the sautéed shrimp and vegetable mix. Garnish with lemon wedges for an extra zesty flavor.

                Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve in a large platter with the shrimp and vegetable mixture artfully arranged in the center and the sliced steak fanned out alongside. Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges for a beautiful and colorful presentation. Enjoy your feast!
