Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1/2 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen raspberries blended)

2 cups heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes for serving

Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

Start by making the lemonade base: In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the cold water to the lemon juice mixture and mix well. Adjust sweetness if necessary. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the raspberry puree. If using frozen raspberries, thaw them first, then blend in a food processor until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve if you want a smoother texture.

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add in the vanilla extract and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the chilled lemonade until the glass is about 3/4 full.

Gently spoon a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the lemonade.

Drizzle the raspberry puree over the whipped cream and swirl it lightly with a spoon or straw for a beautiful marbled effect.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing twist on a classic beverage!
