1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water for a lighter option)

1 cup diced peaches (fresh or frozen)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 green apple, cored and diced

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 lime, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling white grape juice and orange juice. Stir gently to mix.

Add the diced peaches, strawberries, and diced green apple to the juice mixture.

Toss in the fresh mint leaves, and gently stir to combine.

Add the thinly sliced lemon and lime for a refreshing citrus note.

Refrigerate the sangria mix for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water) to the pitcher and stir gently to combine, ensuring it stays bubbly.

Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with additional mint leaves and fruit slices if desired.
