Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the chopped fresh basil, reserving a small amount for garnish.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it evenly in the dish.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added richness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and slightly golden on top.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with reserved fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Serve with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
