Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sliced black olives

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

Place a few basil leaves on top of the cream cheese mixture for an added burst of flavor.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Make sure to roll it as tightly as possible without tearing the tortilla.

Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.

Remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange them on a platter for serving.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 12 pinwheels

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the pinwheels on a decorative platter and garnish with additional fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a pop of color. Serve with toothpicks for easy eating!
